When the weather is sizzling, keep things light and fun! This is my favourite summer top, it is easy to wear, doesn’t crease and is cool in the heat. I wore this several times during my trip to Sani Resort in Greece, it is fun and frivolous.
I bought this top in the sale, so make sure you keep your eyes peeled for those last-minute bargains! This top makes me feel classic, like I’ve just stepped out of a Doris Day movie.
I would always recommend pairing a crop top with high waisted bottoms as I find this is more flattering on most shapes. I paired this cute cherry print top with a pair of high waisted black trousers from Zara, which I bought several seasons ago. High waisted, wide leg trousers are a classic cut and wardrobe staple which will be easy to find in most high street stores.
For accessories I chose my cats eye sunglasses and a little woven bag from Zara- If you haven’t guessed already I love Zara!
This woven bag doesn’t fit much but it is perfect for a dinner or day out when you only need the essentials. I’ve found that the sunglasses go with everything and add chicness to any outfit.
For shoes I chose Gucci sliders, they give that timeless feel with their ‘loafer’ vibe and as they are white they bring out that summer glow.
